Tuition Assistance
Providence Christian School appreciates that for some families paying the full tuition amount is beyond their financial means. We have established a Tuition Assistance Program to help those families experiencing temporary financial hardship or those who are unable to pay the full tuition amount. The program is based on available resources in the school’s annual budget and on information provided by the individual families. We regret that tuition assistance is not available on Activity Day Fees or International Tuition.
We utilize an online tool called Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to process our applications. FAST is the standard submission format for all applications. Families requiring tuition assistance are required to complete this online application.
FAST does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. All information from FAST is kept confidential. Results are reviewed by the Finance Committee and upon approval the financial aid offers are then sent to families.
As a reminder, you must reapply each year. To start the process, please click on the FAST AID logo below and follow the on-screen instructions:

While no financial aid procedure can be entirely equitable – there are simply too many individual factors and extenuating circumstances – we believe this process serves our school community well. Among its many features will be the ability to further secure your financial data, and maintain the high degree of confidentiality that past recipients most appreciated.
If you have any questions about this process, please contact finance@providencecs.ca.
